At Peptide Standard Labs, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and industry regulations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

No Refunds

All purchases made through Peptide Standard Labs are non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect orders placed by the customer

• Improper handling or storage after delivery

• Shipping carrier delays

• Refused packages

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

• Products delayed or affected by carrier issues

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the package and product

• A description of the issue

We will review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.

Domestic Shipping Only

Peptide Standard Labs currently ships only within the United States.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders placed outside of the United States may be canceled at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Peptide Standard Labs is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information submitted by the customer.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Peptide Standard Labs is not responsible for carrier-related delays or delivery interruptions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
